The latest phase of Waterfront Collection showcases FAY luxury villas, each boasting seven bedrooms and extensive customization options. These villas are spacious, with a total area of 17,760 sq. ft.

Drawing inspiration from the artwork showcased at The Museum of Modern Art (MOMA) in New York and The Uffizi Galleries in Florence, specialists designed the interior of the space. The Uffizi design scheme features a warm color palette with tones of beige, sand, and milk white. In contrast, the MOMA interiors are characterized by shades of brown, grey, and white. To create a natural ambiance, materials like marble, wood, brass, and stone were used for the walls and floor.

FAY Waterfront Villas boast a unique layout, including a basement, ground floor and two additional floors. These levels house seven bedrooms, guest rooms, offices, dressing rooms and living rooms. Each level offers a variety of configurations in terms of floor plan, design, interior and finish. For example, a basement room could be transformed into either an elegant Japanese tea room or a relaxed sports lounge with billiards. Meanwhile, a ground floor room could function as either an office or an art studio. The upper floors provide the option to increase or decrease the size of the master bedroom, which could include a children's room, music lounge or fitness zone. The exterior and landscape design of each villa are available in two options, allowing owners to customize their homes to match their specific needs.
